Stephen R. Halpin III Appointed to Represent a Pro Bono Client Before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit

King & Ruiz LLP is proud to represent a pro bono client facing serious health challenges in an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Stephen R. Halpin III, senior counsel in the firm’s New York City office, was appointed from the Court's Pro Bono Panel to handle the appeal, with research assistance from Mallorie A. Thomas, associate in the firm’s Miami office.
